The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified Virginia Licensed, Class A Contractors with a Highway Heavy specialty to provide Asphalt Patching Services in accordance with the performance specifications herein, in Halifax County within the Halifax Residency. The Contractor will work on an as needed basis to perform various asphalt patching operations. SBE goal 42%.
