The City of Lynchburg is accepting bids for the RWRRF PLC Replacement Project. The Department of Water Resources would like to replace the seven (7) existing Bedrock PLCs and input/output modules with Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and input/output modules. Three (3) shelf‐spare PLC units shall also be provided under this scope of work, matching the make and model of the permanently installed units. The three (3) units shall be pre-programmed. The contractor shall install the program for each of the shelf spare units, following testing and acceptance of the final programs by the City.
