The Virginia Department of Transportation will accept bids from snow and ice control vendors for Petersburg Residency through the electronic M7B bidding site (starting August 1, 2023). Early sign up incentives are detailed in the specifications for as early as August 31, 2023. The Contractor shall provide Operational Services at locations within the Area Headquarters, Residencies and Districts selected. VDOT may request, and the Contractor may agree to work in other locations under the same terms and conditions as this Agreement. The Term of this Agreement shall be from the date the vendor Agreement is approved through April 30 of the year following the year of the effective date. Questions due 5 days before submission deadline.
