The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation is seeking one licensed and qualified vendor to provide the following services at Jamestown Settlement, Special Exhibits Gallery at 2110 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, Virginia: Rigging of three (3) theatrical lighting pieces and deinstallation. Scope: A. Provide all Supervision (ETCP certified), labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to perform work as indicated in this scope of work. B. Theatrical rigging to install three (3) large lighting pieces. Installation expected April 22nd – 25th, 2024. The agency will provide personnel lifts or other access equipment as needed. C. Additional cabling and hardware required beyond what the exhibit comes with will be billed separately. D. Theatrical rigging to deinstall three (3) large lighting pieces. Deinstallation expected mid-December 2024. Small Business Priority Set Aside. Bonds required.
