Landscaping (tree trimming/cutting/maintenance). Qualified vendors to establish a contract proposal that shall consist of a complete, regularly scheduled program (and as agreed upon with County) for maintaining the health and appearance of County owned landscape and plantings. These services shall be always carried out by a trained service technician(s). The Contractor is responsible for all aspects of landscape maintenance during the term of the agreement.
