Contractor agrees to furnish all permits, tools, materials, labor, equipment and apparatus necessary to perform and complete in a workmanship like manner the scope of work. Kitsap Transit requires Contractor support to provide on-call/as-needed, standard, and emergency plumbing services from a qualified and licensed Contractor. The Contractor shall service all Kitsap Transit properties located in: Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge Island. Kitsap Transit reserves the right to add or subtract locations as operational needs dictate. Plumbing work may consist of, but is not limited to troubleshooting, repairing and/or installation of: • Troubleshoot and Repair Backflow valve that failed annual inspection • Remove and Replace ADA toilet including all peripheral materials and disposal of old toilet • Jet clogged drain line for urinal and rebuild Sloan valve • Replace 3” cast iron pipe with new plastic pipe • Replace Sloan valve and convert motion sensor flush to handle flush • Snake drain from sink to main sewer • Re-seal wall hung toilet DBE goal 2.92%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
