Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM | TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING;  IRRIGATION SYSTEM; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; SEAL COAT; MINOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE; CONCRETE BLOCK & MASONRY RETAINING WALL; REINFORCING STEEL; ROADSIDE SIGN; ALTERNATIVE PIPE CULVERT; REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE; CLAY SEWER PIPE; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; SAWCUTTING; FENCING; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; SIGNAL & LIGHTING; MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES; LAND SURVEYOR | LAND SURVEYING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; RETAINER WALLS; LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER | ASPHALT OIL TANKER; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.  NON-DBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier DBE participation with your quote.  Second-tier DBE participation will be evaluated with your price.
