The Port of Long Beach has established utilization goals of 11% DBE for this contract. Performance/Payment/Supply Bonds May Be Required This advertisement is in response to The Port of Long Beach Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Herzog/Stacy and Witbeck, A Joint Venture intends to conduct itself in “Good Faith” with DBE firms regarding participation on this project. Herzog/Stacy and Witbeck, A Joint Venture will divide the work into smaller units to increase the opportunities for participation. Assistance is available in obtaining bonds, insurance, lines of credit, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. DBE Eligibility and Certification: The Unified Certification Program (UCP) utilizes eligibility criteria established in 49CFR 26 and certifies firms as disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE).
