The work includes spreading tack coats, placing and compacting asphaltic concrete, striping and performing other necessary and appurtenant work to complete the various street improvements as otherwise described, enumerated and shown in these specifications and referenced plans. The 2019 SPLOST/LMIG Street Improvement streets are as follows: o Felix Street between Burns Street and Martin Luther King Drive. Length=2695 LF. o Fletcher Street between Bartow Street and W. Remington Avenue. This includes milling existing asphalt 1.5 inches, constructing concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter at various locations along Fletcher Street. Length=1840 LF. o Cairo Road between the 319 Bypass and North Boulevard. This includes placement of an OGI interlayer. Length=4089 LF. o Grant Street between Park Avenue and Grady Street. Length=643 LF. o N. College Street between Law Street and W. Jackson Street. Length= 1690 LF.
