The California Department of State Hospitals is inviting bids for all labor, tools, supplies, materials, machinery, equipment, properly equipped vehicles, trucks, dumpsters, safety gear, licenses, permits, hauling, transportation, disposal and insurance necessary to perform the work stated herein to provide complete installation of one (1) 20 x 40 roof with hip ends shade structure. Services shall include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, machinery, equipment, properly equipped vehicles, trucks, dumpsters, safety gear, licenses, permits, hauling, transportation, disposal and insurances necessary to perform the work stated herein to provide complete installation of one (1) 20 x 40 roof with hip ends, shade structure over pre-existing concrete slab. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The anticipated term of the contract is 120 days.
