Contractor shall remove the existing paving, fencing, and goals and construct 4 new tennis court (2 pairs), a new junior basketball court, and a double mini half court at Pine Log Park located at 1451 Pine Log Rd, Conyers GA 30012. A general diagrammatic plan is included with this bid for the construction of the tennis courts. All other items are described as follows.
