The scope of this project shall be to provide Hauling Services for Charlotte Water. Charlotte Water has multiple divisions that may utilize Hauling Service. One of the main divisions is Field Operations which is responsible for infrastructure and pipeline repairs. Field Operations’ service area is divided into four Service Zones. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
