CRC has budgeted funds to remodel the space to create a multimedia wing, television, radio and internet. The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for CCTV Tenant Improvements at 575 Trade Street SE Salem, OR 97301 for the benefit of Mid-Willamette Valley Cable Regulatory Commission. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project. 90 calendar days.
