This contract includes approximately 30,487 square yards (SY) of 4” sidewalk and 117 SY of 6” sidewalk installation. Sidewalks will be installed along the following streets: 1. Lees Chapel Road a. on both sides from Church Street to Yanceyville Street, b. on the South side from Yanceyville Street to Brightwood School Road, and c. on the North side where no sidewalks exists from Yanceyville Street to Presnell Way. 2. Pisgah Church Road on both sides where no sidewalks exists a. from Lawndale Drive to Battleground Avenue, b. from Willoughby Drive to Lawndale Drive, and c. from Church Street to Willoughby Drive. 3. Yanceyville Street on both sides where no sidewalk exists a. between Water Street and Cone Boulevard, b. between Bessemer Avenue and Water Street, and c. between Cone Boulevard and Lees Chapel Road. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
