The objective of this project is to repair the damaged and aging concrete, repair and paint the sheet pile wing walls, repair and paint the roller gate, replace the existing hydraulic gate operator with a cable drum hoist operator, replace the upstream and downstream safety barriers, replace fencing, and miscellaneous site work. This work is necessary to ensure the operational readiness of S-96C and to satisfy USACE requirements. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
