Fulton County, Georgia (“County” or “Owner”) is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk Services (“CM Services”) for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the Restrooms and Common Areas in the Fulton County Government and Judicial Center Complexes – Phase I. This project will require all pre-construction, construction, quality control, etc., services necessary to complete the pre-construction and construction phases of the renovation project. The Project consists of the following major elements: Construction Management at Risk (“CM at Risk” or “CM”) Pre-Construction & Construction Services for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the Fulton County Government Center Assembly Hall and Commissioners Chambers Fulton County, Georgia (“County” or “Owner”) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide CM at Risk services for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the Restrooms and Common Areas in the Fulton County Government and Judicial Center Complexes – Phase I. The County intends to select one CM at Risk firm to perform the work defined in this RFP. The County will issue a contract to the successful proposers for pre-construction services. At 50% construction documents, the selected CM shall submit a GMP (“Guaranteed Maximum Price”) package. If the County and the selected CM agree upon GMP package, a GMP Amendment will be issued by the County to the CM for construction services. Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for the Construction Management at Risk services for the Renovation and Refurbishment of the Restrooms and Common Areas in the Fulton County Government and Judicial Center Complexes – Phase I Proposals provided in response to this RFP that comply with the submittal requirements set forth in Section 4.0, including all forms and certifications, will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria and procedures described in Section 5.0. Based on the results of the evaluation, the County will award the [insert project description here] to the most advantageous Proposer based on the cost and the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. – Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the estimated budget price. The Bid Bond shall be included in a separate, sealed envelope marked “Bid Bond”. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
