The work consists of providing improvements to the newly acquired property adjacent to the existing Lee Owens Park and renovating the existing park. Work includes but not limited to: removing the existing splash pad, provide a new splash pad with a recirculating water quality system, replace the existing play equipment, provide walkways, seat walls, new exercise equipment, wrought iron fencing, block walls, lighting, landscape, irrigation, construct a block structure with a roof to enclose the splash pad equipment in accordance with the project specifications. HUD/Section 3. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
