Provide all labor, tools equipment and materials to clean and prepare the currently metal roof for installation, install insulation underlayment, install .60 TPO Membrane according to manufactures requirements. Provide a 20 year No Dollar Limit Warranty. Remove all work debris and cleanup roof and surrounding work area. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. All bonds must be signed or countersigned by a Georgia Resident Agent.
