This project consists of the construction of 5’ sidewalk on the west-side of Kenlake Avenue from Applegate Drive to Spring Hill Drive, the north-side of Applegate Drive from Tyler Avenue to Halstead Street, the south-side of Airmont Drive from Kenlake Avenue to Tyler Avenue, the west-side of Tyler Avenue from Airmont Drive to Applegate Drive and the south-side of Halstead Street from Applegate Drive to Treehaven Drive. Includes, but not limited to, Right of Way (ROW) survey locating, handrails, striping, existing sign removal/relocate, new sign installation and sodding. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
