Construction of Coastal Science Campus – Overlook B Path Repair & Replacement includes replacement of the existing gravel driveway and pathway with a combination of Truegrid Pro Plus pavers and Granitecrete permeable paving or approved equals. An accessible pathway will be constructed from the existing accessible parking stalls to the Terrace Point Overlook (also referred to as Overlook including a new accessible sidewalk ramp. Work includes a new storm drain inlet and perforated drainage pipe. The work to be done includes all labor, tools and equipment necessary to furnish and install all materials and equipment shown on the drawings and described herein and to perform tests described herein, to provide complete and operating systems to the extent specified and shown on the drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, material and supplies, except where specifically noted as existing or supplied by The University.
