In accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications, it is the intent of this RFB to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for janitorial services, with additional emergency work as needed, at eight (8) Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) locations in accordance with the attached Draft Scopes of Service and RTC Properties list. The initial term will be from September 1, 2020 through August 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to four (4), one-year options.
