The Owner will receive bids for the interior renovation of the lower level of the existing Police Station. The Work will include: Minor interior demolition, glass block masonry, masonry, doors and hardware, science casework and countertops, drywall and acoustical, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and IT work. A Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid is required. Bidders interested in attending the Pre-Bid meeting shall bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (mask and gloves) and maintain a 6 foot social distancing separation. The intent will be to conduct this meeting in the Council Chambers where 6 feet of separation can be provided. Bidders arriving to the site without (PPE) will be asked to leave the site prior to the meeting commencing.
