The Project consists of construction of: Rehabilitate existing non-potable water well, install new pump and pump house to upgrade well capacity and connect to the City of Crawford drinking water system. Time of construction is 180 consecutive calendar days for substantially complete and 210 consecutive calendar days for substantially complete. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Proposals for the complete work in one general contract shall be made on the proposal form provided and shall contain prices in words and figures for the work bid on.
