The Contractor shall perform within the time stipulated the contract as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, materials, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete in a workmanlike manner all of the work required. The Asbestos Abatement Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performance of the work, the Asbestos Abatement Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining / retaining all permits and/or notifications required for performance of the work and pay for all fees associated with such permits and notifications, the Asbestos Abatement Contractor shall remove and dispose of all Lead and Asbestos containing material outlined in attachment (A) Highlighted areas only, the asbestos Abatement Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all quantity estimates in preparation of their bid price, the Asbestos Abatement Contractor shall coordinate with the Districts Environmental Air Quality consultant regarding procedures and clearances of the work areas, the Asbestos Abatement Contractor shall be responsible for all required signage, decontamination chambers, clean up and disposal of any construction debris created from the abatement, Contractor is responsible for the relief of the work crew.
