The Municipality seeks to construct improvements to the existing Highway / Police Department Storage Building to accommodate the relocation of the contents of their existing off-site Maintenance Garage. Work will include selective demolition of the existing building, construction of an extension to the existing building, alterations to the electrical, heating and ventilation, and plumbing systems for the relocation of the maintenance garage support spaces and equipment into a portion of the Highway / Police Department Storage building.
