Sealed bids for DEARNG Contract No. 2020-01 – River Road Training Site EST Building Addition, will be received by the Delaware Army National Guard. Project involves a building addition to the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) building at River Road Training Site, New Castle, DE. The new FMO storage building will be an approximately 5,244-square-foot (sf) (138-by-38 foot), slab-on-grade, single-story structure, with a proposed finished floor elevation of 20.0. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building with steel bents supported on concrete piers and spread footings. The ETS Addition will be of wood construction, with wooden trusses framed over load-bearing, wooden-framed walls. Finished floor elevations will be near existing site grades. The addition will measure approximately 38 x 44 feet, in plan view. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
