The Board of County Commissioners (“Board”) of Martin County (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors that wish to receive, process, transport, manage, and beneficially reuse Yard Trash for the County, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and Lease for Yard Trash Processing Services (“Agreement”) that is attached to this RFB.
