The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide demolition services a storage building formerly used by the Suffolk Executive Airport in accordance with the requirements stated in this solicitation. The building is the former equipment storage facility of the Suffolk Executive Airport. It is located at 1200 Gene Bolton Dr,. Suffolk, VA 23434. The building is estimated to have been built in the 1940s. It has a square footage of approximately 5900 sq. ft. with a metal roof. Time to complete, 20 consecutive days after Notice to Proceed.
