Hefner Water Treatment Plant Detention Pond Environmental Restoration, Restoration, 3827 West Hefner Road. Bidders shall be prequalified in accordance with Specifications . In order for a Contractor's Bid to be considered, the Special Questionnaire must be submitted electronically by 5:00:00 p.m., on January 19, 2021. The Engineer will review all Special Questionnaires and issue an Addendum declaring which Contractor(s) or Subcontractor(s) are Prequalified for each category of work no later than January 20, 2021. Bids must indicate on the Specialty Subcontractor Selection Form which organization will service each role . Bids submitted from a project team in which all members are not prequalified for their respective category of work will not be evaluated. Prequalification by the City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board under the provisions of the City of Oklahoma City's Contractor's Prequalification Resolution of May 27, 1997 and Ordinance No. 20,815 will not be considered a valid form of Prequalification for this Project.
