The proposed work is to upgrade the existing HVAC controls at the Lincoln City, City Hall building from the existing LonWorks controls system to a BACnet controls system. This work will include: Installation of BACNet IP controls wiring throughout existing building framework, evaluation of existing mechanical components, replacement of system damper controllers, temperature sensors, install of RTU BACNet cards, programing & adjustment of RTU baseline function. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
