In general, this project will consist of pedestrian, streetscape, and drainage improvements for N. Santa Fe Avenue at the intersection of City Center Drive; including but not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm sewer inlets and lateral piping, the construction of curb ramps, utility modifications, and landscape planters with irrigation systems as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project. Bonds Required. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
