The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, all work shown and listed in the Project Documents. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as contemplated by the documents and specifications, which are a part of this bid package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment, supplies, permits, and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the repairs listed.
