A pre-bid conference and site walk-through will be held, and attendance is mandatory for all Contractors bidding on Prime Contracts. Pre-registration on PennBid is required due to social distancing guidelines. Multiple sessions will be held, however bidder need only attend 1 session per location. Attendance at each session will be limited to ten people or less, including the Owner’s representative. Face masks are mandatory while at Owner’s facility. Strict notes will be taken, all questions will be documented, and answers will be provided to all parties. Erie Water Works (EWW) will receive sealed bids electronically via PennBid for the following: RSW WTP Phase 3 Facility Improvements Project: Contract No. 2019-01 – General Construction; Contract No. 2019-02 – Electrical; Contract No. 2019-03 – HVAC; and Contract No. 2019-04 – Plumbing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
