The work consists of the following: 1. AWTF site work erosion and sediment control, clearing, grubbing, and grading, paving and stormwater drainage systems, yard piping, interconnecting manholes and electrical underground duct banks, influent flow meter vault, site water service RPZ assembly and enclosure, security fence and access gate, plant effluent groundwater recharge leaching pools, manholes, distribution chambers and piping, diesel standby generator, methanol storage tank, metering pumps and secondary containment systems, and propane gas storage tank with fill station. 2. Headworks building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, CCTV and fire alarm systems, influent screen and compactor systems, influent pumps, influent equalization tanks, submersible mixers, mixing blowers and aeration systems, sludge storage tanks, pumps, mixing blowers and aeration systems, gravity belt thickener system and transfer pump, liquid polymer feed system, sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide storage tanks, fill stations and secondary containment systems, odor control system with chemical metering pumps, and miscellaneous piping, valves, and slide gates. 3. Advanced treatment building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, CCTV and fire alarm systems, sequencing Batch Reactor treatment system including flow splitter box, decanters, aeration system, blowers, submersible mixers and waste activated sludge pumps, post equalization tanks and pumps, waste activated sludge storage tanks, mixing blowers and aeration systems, and miscellaneous piping, valves, and slide gates. 4. Filter building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, CCTV and fire alarm systems, cloth media disk filters, packaged domestic water booster pump system, and miscellaneous piping and valves. 5. Process monitoring and control system, and process monitoring and control system including associated process control panels, fiber optic termination cabinets, operator workstation, chemical and methanol tank high level alarm panels, gas detection panels, sludge tank truck unloading station and all associated instrumentation.
