The work consists of rehabilitation of the pump station by demolition of the existing vacuum well pumping equipment and chemical feed system within the existing building and connection of three existing gravel pack wells to the building. The building will receive new chemical feed and process mechanical equipment. The project also included some structural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical modifications, painting, miscellaneous metals, and associated site work. The Work shall be substantially completed within 210 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Sub-bids will be received until April 15, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include: Miscellaneous Metals, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. DBE goals are MBE 4.2% and WBE 4.5%. Bonds and prevailing wages
