Service Provider shall provide Public Comfort Stations and Drinking Fountains Janitorial Services at the San Diego Unified Port District (District) facilities and properties within the Cities of San Diego, Coronado, National City, Chula Vista, and Imperial Beach. Comfort stations are standalone facilities with women’s and men’s restrooms separated by a wall, they may contain toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, doors, showers, baby changing stations, etc. Comfort stations and drinking fountains are open to the public every day from 6:00am – 10:30pm, with higher usage in the summer months (May – September). No on-site storage will be provided for Service Provider owned supplies, materials or equipment. Storage shall be the responsibility of the Service Provider.
