The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing approximately 2,000 LF of curb and gutter, 9,500 SF of sidewalk, ADA Ramps, driveways, drainage facilities, and new concrete and asphalt required for the improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place along Show Low Lake Rd from Scott Ranch Rd and the Show Low Lake Campground in Show Low, Arizona, 85901.
