The Project work to be bid on is as follows: Replace ten (10) 30” butterfly valves Contractor supplied and six (6) 30” flowmeters with Owner supplied material on the influent side of Secondary Clarifiers 5 through 14. Replace ten (10) 54”x54” slide gates and four (4) 30” flowmeters with Contractor supplied material on influent side of Secondary Clarifiers 5 through 14. Replace four (4) 30” butterfly valves with Contractor supplied material on the influent side of secondary clarifiers 1 through 4. Replace three (3) 54”x54” slide gates with Contractor supplied material on influent side of Secondary Clarifiers 1, 3, and 4. Install one new 54”x54” slide gate with contractor supplied material on influent side of Secondary Clarifier #2. Replace two (2) 24” butterfly valves with Contractor supplied material on the sludge return meter vaults that feed UNOX Basins 1 and 4. Replace two (2) 24” knife gate valves with Contractor supplied material on sludge return meter vaults that feed UNOX basins 1 and 4. Replace two (2) 24” butterfly valves with Contractor supplied material on the sludge return meter vaults that feed UNOX Basins 1 and 4. Replace two (2) 24” knife gate valves and two (2) 24” flowmeters with Contractor supplied material on sludge return meter vaults that feed UNOX basins 2 and 3. Construction of grass paver access road between Secondary Clarifiers 5-10 and 11-14, Construction of grass paver access road between Secondary Clarifiers 1-4 and the UNOX basins. Painting of flow meters and valves. The Project allotted time for construction is: 180 calendar days Schedule B: MBWWTP EQ – UNOX Improvements (W-18-008-201) The Project work to be bid on is as follows: Construction of approximately 580 linear feet (lf) of 84-inch PCCP. Construction of a flow splitter structure and 1,600 lf of 36-inch DIP UNOX influent piping. Construction of approximately 40 lf of 42-inch DIP UNOX influent piping. Modification to the existing EQ Pump Station Effluent Chamber for connection of the existing 84-inch PCCP, including slide gates. Removal of existing 36-inch isolation knife gates on the existing UNOX influent piping. Replacement of approximately 600 lf of the plant access road. Associated electrical work and grading. Instrumentation and control work including level transmitters,monitoring & control of gate operators, and new control panel at flow splitter structure. Evaluation and rehabilitation of the existing 600-feet of 60-inch RCP shown on Drawings. The Project allotted time for construction is: 180 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
