The Work includes both interior and exterior improvements so the existing Springfield School structure can once again be used for public use and meets current building code standards. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, interior and exterior architectural improvements and structure upgrades, new mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing and architectural work. The project is located at Pouncey Tract Park, 4747 Pouncey Tract Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059. Substantial completion within 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Q&A due by 12:00am, 7/5/21. Bonds required.
