The MSA is issuing this RFP to contract with a qualified Design-Build firm for the design and new construction of a new Multi-Use Sports and Events Facility in Hagerstown, MD. The primary sport to utilize the facility will be minor league baseball. The completed project will serve as both a professional baseball stadium and multi-use venue. Q&A due by 1pm, 10/20/21. MBE goal 29%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
