Non Mandatory Job Walk - Hunt Pool Located at 4015 Jackson Street 92503
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the City of Riverside, Parks Recreation and Community Services Department. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain project information from vendors for the sole purpose of gaining knowledge, information about installation process, requirements, material and design criteria for the installation of pool heaters at three community pools: • Hunt Pool Located at 4015 Jackson Street 92503. Approximately 182,000 gallons • Villegas Pool Located at 3091 Esperanza Street 92504. Approximately 88,200 gallons • Reid Pool Located at 701 N. Orange Street 92501. Approximately 220,000 gallons The City is gathering information in order to better understand the scope of work and design needs to accommodate pool heaters at our three facilities to develop a scope of work to secure procurement for the referenced project. The RFI process shall be considered an informal process and is open to all interested parties. This RFI must not be construed as intent, commitment, or a promise to acquire the scope/design offered. There will be no evaluation, ranking or selection of respondents as a result of this RFI. If the City determines a subsequent selection process will be conducted, it may either conduct a formal bid or it may utilize another public agency’s competitive procurement process. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM on Oct 21st.
