The proposed work includes improvements to the roundabout at Thomason Drive, Beal Parkway,and Illinois Avenue in accordance with the drawings, notes, and specifications provided.  Specifically, the proposed work includes erosion control, earthwork, concrete placement, irrigation and landscaping, and lighting in accordance with the drawings, notes, and specifications provided.  All traffic control necessary for the completion of the Thomason Drive Roundabout Improvement project shall be provided by the City of Midland.
