Proposer shall conduct all required testing, inspection, and maintenance activities (including quarterly, annual, semi, annual, bi-annual on fire protections systems.) Contractor shall be experienced in the field of Fire Suppression and Testing Services with a minimum of three (3) years of prior experience on equivalent or more complex fire suppression systems. The initial base term of the contract is two (2) years with C-TRAN’s option to extend the contract for three (3) one (1) year optional renewals.
