The project consists of facilities hardening and flood protection to elevation 122 (MDC) including replacing hatches, doors, manhole covers, limit switches, sump pumps and related piping, repair construction/expansion joints and concrete spall, replacement of building storefront, seal electrical conduits, and two new standby generators. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in Pump Station. The work is to be accomplished within 540 calendar days of a notice to proceed. Written questiosn shall be submitted to Mike Galvin via email. MBE/WBE goal is 10.4% and VOBE goal is 3%.
