The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor and materials to complete the project in
accordance with this section. Repairs required include, but are not limited to the following: Remove section of the boardwalk from Bent 1 to Bent 2. Extract the heaved pile and replace it with a new one 24 inches longer. Replace the existing boardwalk section (Bent 1 to 2). The project is to be completed by March 1, 2022, or at a scheduled time that meets the Town's needs.
