The City of Decatur is accepting bids for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the completion of a sidewalk project within the City of Decatur. This project shall include tree removal, grading, sidewalks, driveway aprons, bioswales, drainage structure modifications, signage, pavement markings, erosion control, traffic control and other items that may be related to the project work. The Bidder further proposes and agrees hereby to promptly commence the Work with adequate forces and equipment within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and to complete all Work within 120 calendar days thereafter.
