Trades: Highway, Road Improvement or Parking Lot Pavement Repair: May include Resurfacing or Chip Seal - General Engineering Contractor
The work shall consist of preparation of the parking lot, crack filling, seal coating, striping, resetting parking stops, milling, & asphalt repair in the City Hall Parking Lot. The work includes but is not limited to: milling, hauling, disposal of materials, asphalt patching, traffic control, and clean up. Quality control, saw cutting, erosion control and any other tasks required to complete the work that are not in the listed bid items shall be considered incidental to all applicable items. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete in place, all items under the contract. The city reserves the right to change the limits of work on the parking lot. The contractor shall complete all listed work by September 30, 2022. Questions may be submitted in writing until 5pm Tuesday June 14, 2022. Bonds required.
