The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as-needed hourly rental of equipment with operators to perform general maintenance, incidental road construction, and critical/urgent repair work in various locations on primary and secondary routes located in Russell County within the Lebanon Residency of the Bristol District in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The contract will be from date of award through May 6, 2023 (renewable). Questions due five (5) days prior to the bid due date. SBE goal 42%. Bonds required.
