Trades: C15 - Floor Covering and Flooring, Including Carpet, Marble, Tile, Ceramic
The flooring Contractor shall be responsible for moving all furniture, desks, cubicles and equipment, removal of old carpeting, preparation of the subfloor, installation of the new glue and carpeting, installation of new glue and base molding. Scope of work includes, but is not to be limited to the following: A. Carpeting shall be Mohawk Learn & Live Collection, Side Stripe 963 Heritage. B. Base molding shall be 4-inch black C. Remove old carpeting and install new carpeting in offices, cubicles, storage rooms, hallways and open areas of approximately 8,000 square feet. Contractor is responsible to measure and verity exact square footage. D. Proper disposal of old carpeting and materials. E. Work to be performed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Questions are due 5:00 PM on May 30th. Project duration: 16 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
