The work for both floors includes, but is not limited to, an area of approximately 36,780 SF and includes demolition, construction of new partitions, installation of doors and hardware, glazing and frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, finish work, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, new lighting and controls, and fire alarm and protection systems revisions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
